We can't wait to present the very first live album by the Mourad Benhammou & His Soulful Drums quintet, recorded on February 8, 2024 at the Auditorium de l'Institut Français de Tunis, produced by the young Tunisian jazz label "Jazzit Records". Captivating, this album captures the band's energy and virtuosity, offering an immersive musical experience. Stay tuned for more information on the forthcoming release!
This project reveals an original and inspiring sound colour between César Pastre's organ and Nicholas Thomas's vibraphone, supported by Yoan Fernandez on guitar, the saxophone of David Sauzay and leader Mourad Benhammou on drums.
